Each valley has its characteristic architecture and heritage (villages, museums, etc.), countless hiking trails and many interesting sites:
- The Grand'Maison dam and the vast pastures surrounding the Glandon and Croix-de-fer mountain passes, in the Eau d'Olle valley.
- The high villages of Oulles and Villard Reymond in the Lignarre valley.
- The high road over the Sarenne mountain pass between Alpe d'Huez and Clavans, in a wild environment that you will remember.
- The turquoise waters of the Vénéon river that winds at the foot of magnificent summits in the Écrins national park.
- The La Mure railroad the most beautiful train line in the Alps, between the Oisans and Vercors ranges.
