Dozens of miles of marked paths go across forest and pastures between 800 m et 2600 m in the Grande Rousses massif. They offer multiple and varied walking routes for walkers of all levels. Several routes start from Oz. The paths are marked and referenced on the map n° 2 "Oisans au bout des pieds" Sold at the Tourist Office and on the website www.rando-oisans.com Example : The Cascade Circuit 1h15-walk from the resort.

Refreshing in summer that route leads to a magnificent waterfall near the hamlet of Bessey. On the way, an old stone bridge crosses the tumultuous waters of the Roubier. Circuit of the lakes 2h30-walk with a gondola lift to the 2000m-high lakes plateau. The lakes mirror the surrounding mountains. You will easily go from lake to lake among the pasture flowers. At l'Alpette, the path goes back down to Oz and offers a splendid panorama on the Belledonne and Rissiou ranges.

Day or half-day walks, they are organized by certified mountain instructors whose aim is not only to guide the tourist but also teach what they know about the mountain.
