  • Loose, comfortable clothing is sufficient for a one-hour Body Zen class. Barefoot, everyone is invited to reproduce movements inspired by six methods: qi gong, dance gym, yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and deep relaxation. "You don't have to be technically good at any of these disciplines." The exercises, slow and synchronized, flow smoothly into music.
