On August 26, 2025, the 4th stage of the Vuelta linked Susa (Italy) to Voiron (Isère) over a distance of 192 km. The peloton crossed the Montgenèvre and Lautaret passes, passing through Bourg-d'Oisans before reaching Voiron, the only French finish of this edition.
