The Oz 3300 Tourist Office is classified as Category I:

To provide you with an easily accessible reception area and information centre. To make it easier for you to carry out your business. To provide seating for you. To provide you with free information on local tourist attractions. To offer you free Wi-Fi access. Display and publicise its opening hours in at least two foreign languages. Be open for at least 240 days a year, including Saturdays and Sundays, during the tourist season or when events are taking place. To reply to your correspondence all year round. Provide a permanent reception service staffed by personnel who speak at least two foreign languages. Provide tourist maps, plans and guidebooks in paper format. Provide access to its trilingual website. Update its tourist information annually. Display emergency telephone numbers outside the premises. Present the full range of quality services available in its catchment area for all types of visitors. Handle your complaints and measure your satisfaction. Adhere to a quality assurance process. Provide you with a holiday adviser. Ensure that information on local tourist attractions is reliable and up to date.

Tourist Information Centre opening hours:

SUMMER (July and August): daily, 9.00 am–12.00 pm / 2.00 pm–5.00 pm

WINTER(December to April): every day, 9.00 am–1.00 pm / 2.00 pm–6.00 pm

OFF-SEASON (Sept., Oct., Nov. / May and June): Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays: 10.00 am–12.00 pm / 2.00 pm–4.00 pm

In May 2017, the Oz 3300 Tourist Office was awarded the ‘Qualité Tourisme’ mark. This accreditation will be renewed in June 2020 for a period of five years. The Tourist Office was also classified as Category I in August 2017. These certifications recognise our efforts to continuously improve the quality of our services, both for visitors and partners, as well as in terms of our internal organisation. We adhere to a national standard, common to all tourist offices, in order to achieve a high standard of service that is effective and accessible to all our clients: visitors, business professionals and institutional partners.
