Tourist office opening hours:

SUMMER (July and August) : daily, 9h00-12h30 / 14h00-18h00

HIVER(December to April) : daily, 9:00-12:00 / 14:00-18:00

 

OFF SEASON( *Closing on public holidays)

Sept. Oct. Nov :Monday to Thursday 10:00-13:00 / 14:00-17:00 , Friday 10:00-13:00

Autumn holidays : Monday to Friday 10:00-13:00 / 15:00-18:00

May and June : Monday to Friday, : 10:00-13:00 / 14:00-17:00

Our commitments

In May 2017, the Oz 3300s Tourist Office was awarded the Qualité Tourisme mark. This award was renewed in June 2020, for 5 years. The Tourist Office was also classified Category I in August 2017. These certifications reward our efforts to continuously improve the quality of our services to visitors and partners, as well as our internal organization. We adhere to a national standard, common to all tourist offices, in order to achieve an efficient and accessible quality of service for all our customers: visitors, socio-professionals and institutions.

  • Oz 3300s Tourist Office is classified category I :
    • Provide you with an easily accessible reception and information area.
    • Ease your procedures.
    • Provide you with furniture to sit on.
    • Provide you with free information on the local tourist offer.
    • Provide you with free access to wifi.
    • Display and broadcast its opening times expressed in at least two foreign languages.
    • Be open at least 240 days a year including Saturdays and Sundays during tourist or entertainment periods.
    • Answer your letters all year round.
    • Provide a permanent reception service manned by staff speaking at least two foreign languages.
    • Ansure the supply of tourist maps, plans and tourist guides on paper.
    • Give you access to its trilingual website.
    • Update its tourist information annually.
    • Post emergency telephone numbers outside.
    • Present all the qualified offers in its area of intervention for all customer groups.
    • Process your complaints and measure your satisfaction.
    • Respect a quality approach.
    • Provide you with a stay advisor.
    • Guarantee the reliability and timeliness of information on the local tourist offer.
