Our commitments

The QUALITE TOURISME™ quality mark

In order to continually improve the quality of hospitality and enhance the standard of tourism services in France, the Government has created the QUALITE TOURISME™ mark. This mark identifies and brings together under a single symbol the quality initiatives undertaken to ensure customer satisfaction in the hotel sector, holiday residences, holiday villages, campsites, restaurants, cafés and brasseries, holiday rental agencies, tourist information centres, visitor attractions, and sports and leisure activities. The aim is to provide customers with a recognisable symbol that enables them to choose, with complete confidence, establishments offering high-quality services.

Ensuring a warm welcome at the Oz 3300 Tourist Office is a priority for our whole team!

Category I Classification

The OZ 3300 Tourist Office was first awarded Category I status in 2017 and had this status renewed in 2022. We will aim to retain the Tourist Office’s Category I classification in 2026 by achieving ‘Destination of Excellence’ status.

Furthermore, this classification brings us national recognition and attests to the highest standards of service to the public.

Oz 3300 – Designated Tourist Resort

The Oz 3300 resort has indeed been officially classified as a “tourist resort” as part of its French administrative recognition. This status attests to its organisation and operation as a well-structured tourist destination, meeting national criteria for welcoming visitors.
