Snow Yoga

The Oz 3300 Tourist Office offers unique yoga sessions on the Plateau des Lacs, at an elevation of 2,100 meters.

Come breathe in a deep breath of fresh air in an exceptional setting, perfect for rejuvenation, relaxation, and unwinding.

Meet at the Tourist Office, where you’ll be escorted to the Plateau des Lacs via the ski lifts.

Please note: a pedestrian lift pass is required and is not included in the session.

Each session is tailored to be accessible to everyone: hikers and skiers alike, beginner and experienced yogis, regardless of your age or skill level. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes to give it a try!

Gently stretch your body, release tension, and soothe your legs after a day of hiking or skiing—all in a friendly and supportive atmosphere: that’s a glimpse of this special escape at high altitude.

Throughout the session, everyone moves at their own pace to fully enjoy this moment of relaxation and reconnection with themselves and nature.

Be sure to bring warm, comfortable clothing suitable for mountain conditions, as well as a bottle of water and everything else you’ll need to fully enjoy this rejuvenating, friendly, and energizing experience.
